I am the founder of wellwithkells and my goal is to help women feel strong, confident, and in control of their health without extremes!

fitness has changed my life, physically and mentally. Like many, I struggled with body image, gym anxiety, inconsistent workouts, burnout, diet culture, trying to shrink myself, etc. after years of trial and error, i found a method that works. my goal now is to take what i have learned and teach you how to implement your own lifts and habits to feel confident and experience for long term success!
