1. 1:1 online coaching:

all 1:1 coaching packages require a minimum 3-month commitment

because of this commitment, all coaching fees are non-refundable once the program begins

if you have special circumstances or concerns, please contact us and we will review your situation individually.

2. independent programming (workout guides):

all purchases of digital workout guides are final sale and non-refundable due to instant access.

3. monthly challenges:

entry fees for monthly challenges are non-refundable once registration is confirmed.

no refunds, credits, or transfers will be offered if you do not complete the challenge.

4. requesting a refund:

refund requests must be submitted in writing via email

refunds, if granted, will be processed in 10 business days

refunds are only approved in exceptional cases such as technical issues or duplicate charges
